I found David easy to work with. He communicated well with me, the work is immaculate and done in a timely manner. Bud was a treat to work with and is a magician of a carpenter. I highly recommend these guys.

We engaged Washburn Builders for a remodel of our house in Union Mills. I knew right away David was the right guy when we told him what we wanted to do, and he asked us WHY we wanted to make these changes. He wanted to understand better the motivations so that he could advise us the right way throughout the project. David's price was fair and his subs were quick and efficient. I’d like to express my sincere thanks for the great experience I had working with David Washburn to complete my house. I bought a property with a half-completed log house a couple years ago. The house was quite elaborate but had many problems. I interviewed 3 builders, one of whom said the house was too problematic for him to take on.
