So glad we contacted Washburn Air to help us with our Rheem Heat Pump. Service Technician Eddie diagnosed the situation quickly and answered all my questions so, that we were able to decide on the best course of action moving forward. It was a pleasure working with everyone on the Washburn Air team - I especially appreciated all the text messages and emails with appointment confirmation/info and the technician arrival updates. The people seem really nice, but will take your money and leave you with trash. Called them out for a noise my A/C was making, to clean the ducts, and to install more insulation. The service manager came out and gave me a quote ($5k, which I gladly paid). He assured me my system was running at 50% and his solution would make a great difference. He also assured me that is all I needed to do. They came out and replaced the fan and motor. It is, unfortunately, still making a noise. I can hit it to make it stop for a few seconds... read more

We recently called Washburn Air for a valve repair and pump replacement. They promptly replied and we were able to schedule in a timely manner. The technician was professional & kind. We appreciated the accurate arrival time texts, and quite/payment system. We highly recommend Washburn Air.

Very responsive! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. It would have helped if I had done some regular maintenance in the last few years. But nonetheless, disaster averted, problem resolved, and at a fair price.
