A/C was out and it was hot. Washburn was able to work me in and found it was a simple repair. He had the right part on the truck. It’s blowing cold air now. He was respectful and kind. They did a great job!

Right on time arrival at 8 AM. Got my system checked out and back up and running for a minimal amount compared to what I thought I would have to spend. I have used this company since the early 2000s. Always happy with their service.

So glad we contacted Washburn Air to help us with our Rheem Heat Pump. Service Technician Eddie diagnosed the situation quickly and answered all my questions so, that we were able to decide on the best course of action moving forward. It was a pleasure working with everyone on the Washburn Air team - I especially appreciated all the text messages and emails with appointment confirmation/info and the technician arrival updates. Eddy was great! Checked all possible scenarios and was able to trouble shoot the issue, hopefully getting repaired soon. I have used Washburn since moving into this house, only a/c company I will work with.
