BEWARE!!! I recently had my vehicle serviced here and noticed visible scratches on my matte black finish immediately afterward. When I brought this to management’s attention, they declined to take any responsibility and instead suggested canceling my membership. I’m now pursuing this through insurance. I would have preferred a collaborative resolution.
