I got a deal on an annual membership when I brought my car in for detailing before selling it. The car was stored outside for almost three years and had wasp nests in the doors. They made it look new! Now I come for my current car, and they do a great job. The staff is wonderful, and the waiting area is clean with free beer!!

The staff were friendly and efficient, and my car was finished quickly. However, I did have a few concerns with the overall experience. When I arrived, the attendant initially told me that a membership was required to get a wash, which was a bit confusing. Additionally, while the service was completed promptly, the quality didn’t quite meet expectations. I paid for the $45 wash, which, according to the website, includes a vacuum and interior wipe-down. My dog got sick in my car (nightmare), so I needed a detailer ASAP, and preferably one that wouldn’t break the bank. After calling around to several places, Washaroo stood out right away. They got me scheduled for the very next day and offered the best value I could find. When I arrived, the team was super organized and ready to go. Even better, they finished earlier than expected! BEWARE!!! I recently had my vehicle serviced here and noticed visible scratches on my matte black finish immediately afterward. When I brought this to management’s attention, they declined to take any responsibility and instead suggested canceling my membership. I’m now pursuing this through insurance. I would have preferred a collaborative resolution.
