Went to get a basic car wash and prior to entering the washing tunnel, an employee did a prewash with a wet soapy mop/squeegee on my back windshield. When doing so, he pulled up and snapped off and broke apart my entire back wiper. He only said sorry it’s not covered and gave the completely broken pieces back. I understand they can’t control the machines, but felt disrespectful that an employee moving too quick and carelessly broke my car parts and all they would do was hand back the broken pieces and shrug their shoulders. ... read more

This is the car wash I always go to. I find they do the best job. I mean you just go through and then you can wash your own mats and vacuum. It's always pretty good
