Poor service. I received a 1 year's free unlimited car wash for my 2013 Buick LaCrosse from Cavendar Olds. During that year everything went smoothly. After that year, I decided to take the same deal but pay $34.99 per month for the same unlimited wash. All of a sudden, when I went in they said my renewal ran out. Did a very poor job on the "Full Detail" I paid $275 for. The attendant opened the drivers door to escort me and I took the bait. I left without thoroughly checking their work. When I got home I found the cargo area was not touched, dirty floor mat liners, roof not touched, rear below bumper not touched, and in general looked like a $30 wash was done. After a not-so-great experience at the Wash Tub in Leon Springs the last time we took our Jeep to get it cleaned, I convinced my husband to give them one more try. We dropped off our new Toyota Corolla with the guys at the vacuum cleaners, handed them our keys, and headed inside to wait. (It is important to know that our car has a keyless entry/smart key system installed in it and only needs to have the key nearby to unlock doors and start the engine.) I will not be returning. Asked for seats to be wiped, didn't happen. Asked trunk to be vacuumed, didn't happen. Front of car not cleaned. Very sub par job. Why didn't I say anything - because you pay $40 for specific things and you trust it to be done. Same thing occurred last visit so no more chances. They have a bunch of people working at this location that just do not care. I'll be going somewhere else going forward. The New Braunfels needs a change in management. Took my car in 05/13/13 and they didn't vacuum where the carseat was - that's the main reason for going, it wasn't much, a few crumbs but still you pay $30 ; the least they can do is clean it well. My rims were dirty. After I took it home and husband asked if I was happy with the cleaning , I said no. He said I should take it back. I went out of my way to go to the wash tub just to be disappointed. I have to find a better place

I will NOT be returning to this place again. I have been a loyal custermer until just recently. I drive a large vehicle that has to be hand washed because it will not fit in the drive through carwash, and I accept that and the fact that it is going to cost me more to get it hand washed. They have always done a decent job at best, but it kept me from having to wash it myself.
