I absolutely love "Wash the Dog". The owner Shannon gives superior personal service, her hours are more than generous, she and her staff have a genuine love for dogs, and both my dogs have had excellent baths, grooming by Holly and enjoy the large area in the doggy daycare. I give this service an outstanding 5 star rating...
LOVE this place! These wonderful people greet my spaz of a black lab, Tillie each time like family and give her the best treatment. They have amazing customer service, and you can't beat their prices. Customer for life. There's also a coffee shop, park, and/or bar walking distance while you wait. Just sayin
I used to think this was a great place until today. They advised open until 5 but they are really open till 4. They need to put on website we don't wash dogs a hour before closing. It was 4:02 when we arrived. At what they charge for me to wash my dog. I was not happy.

Im sorry Kelly that you were disppointed in us today. My employees are only following the store posted hours. Our hours are clearly marked on the store windows and on our website (washthedogllc.com) that last wash is always ONE hour before closing. On Sundays we close at 5pm so anyone coming in to wash must be here no later then 4pm. Im sorry for any of the confusion that you may have experienced in our posted hours
Great place to go, owner showed me all the tools and tips to groom my furry pup.. we loved definately going back soon

Took my dog here today for the self serve wash. The owner was awesome, she showed me how to do everything and helped me with the wash and dry for the first time. Even giving me pointers on proper dog washing. I was able to wash, dry and add a nail trim to my service without making a giant mess at home in my own house. Will definitely be back!!
Just picked up my dog Malibu and she was as happy as can be!
