I have an 8 yr old Golden Retriever. Wash That Dog! is an invaluable resource for dog owners in the area who do not have time to self-groom. My dog recently had surgery and is very sensitive. We have had questionable experiences with groomers, injuries, etc. Jen is hands down the best.
My wife dropped my dogs on December 5th, and we expected things to go normally. However, the owner called me at 2 PM that same day saying that their attendant has left, and that my dogs will need to be picked up. When my wife picked them up, she was greeted with 6-7 dogs roaming around unattended while the owner was on the phone outside.
