I have a monthly subscription and use it a couple times a week. Car wash is average/above average. 3-3.5 The employees are typical, you really don't interact with them. The machinery does a pretty good job but on certain vehicles like my mini van it misses the rear bumper and short hood. I would think that if this info was known they might do something about it during their rinse at the start.
