Very rude staff. Does a poor job. Overcharges and makes excuses when the job isn't done properly. They do not treat the animals well (read some of the other posts, many complain about this). Our dog was fine at our last groomers, but after going here, he was shaking. They cut his nails too short and one was even cracked down the middle so our dog is reluctant to have his nails cut now.
