Stopped working halfway through the wash. It was extremely rough on my truck and broke off the fog light and radio antenna. The only number they have to call is a customer service number that nobody answers. Update: It's been 5 days and the customer service line says 24 to 48 hours and they will be in touch with you. I left two messages and I also sent a email to the email address you provided below. I still have not heard anything from anyone.
A bit pricey but very modern car wash.
