Customer service and the friendlyness of the staff is excellent. The wash itself is superb.
I went in for a simple one-time car wash and later found out they signed me up for a membership without my permission. When I asked the employee to cancel it, he acted confused and said it was taken care of — but it wasn’t. Really frustrating and unprofessional experience..
