The employees are always very friendly and helpful and I always get a great wash. Have been a member for over two years and really appreciate the value.
The car washing machine is fine. The towel dry is spotty. The vacuums have no suction and every time we go, we mention it but the manager reacts like they’re just trying to understand what a vacuum is and it’s the most surprising thing ever. This location is so terrible that we drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the location off Parmer and Whitestone. You know, because when you want to clean you car… you need a vacuum.
I moved here about four months ago from Virginia. My son introduced me to your car wash down the street from us. I’ve been coming here ever since. I had to wash my car and as I drove up, I asked for my car wash and Keyauna gave me a free pass, she said today would be free! I thought that was a blessing I was very grateful. Thank you Keyauna!
