visited Wash N’ Roll and purchased the $17 wash package that included access to the vacuums. After my vehicle was washed, I pulled into the vacuum area only to discover the vacuums were not working. i tried multiple vacuums and eventually got an employee’s attention. He pushed a button and told me they should be working, then walked away. Unfortunately, they still did not come on. I then had to track him down a second time. Good car wash at a good price.
This car wash is terrible and I won’t be back. Every time we go, half of the vacuums are blocked off- every single time causing a back up on one side. There are never any towels. When I told the attendant - on his phone the entire time- he put his hands up and said “someone is folding them now” like I was attacking him. He couldn’t be bothered while on his phone. Just terrible - go down to Tommy’s Car Wash on Hwy 96 and save yourself the trouble.
