I was a VIP member and visited two locations and was consistently disappointed with the quality. The vacuums were ineffective at both locations and my car still had bugs after washing. When I requested a refund I was denied and given an invalid email address for follow up. I was promised a manager callback that never came. I sent a formal complaint through their website with no response. The customer service experience was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this membership to anyone.
New to the area. Jimmy did a great job explaining the number of washes y’all offer. Will be back to purchase family plan soon thanks to his amazing customer service. Small businesses need more people like Jimmy!
