It is disappointing when a business who provides an amazing product or service has to put employee policies in place that treat the customer as less than intelligent. I was completing my choice and paying when a employee popped up out of nowhere and tried to pull my card out of my hand and take over. I told him that I could do it and he could go away. I was a VIP member and visited two locations and was consistently disappointed with the quality. The vacuums were ineffective at both locations and my car still had bugs after washing. When I requested a refund I was denied and given an invalid email address for follow up. I was promised a manager callback that never came. I sent a formal complaint through their website with no response. The customer service experience was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this membership to anyone.
