About lunch time I ran thru this car wash. Dark haired guy screamed at me extremely loud and made a rude comment after as if I were an idiot as I rolled into car wash because I didn't rush into the bumper of the truck in front of me. I'm management myself and this guy would be fired on the spot acting like this to a customer. Management said they'll talk to him, I ain't buying it. We were the last car to go through today. They had to shut down for repairs. The wash is great otherwise despite the issues. Goodluck people on getting back on line.
Underbody sprayers don't work
Knocked the back of my mirror off the first one I paid for. Then I started putting rubber bands on the mirrors so it wouldn't happen again and it worked tell today. And the manager didn't want to come out. She waved the worker off because I wanted her to come out. Gave me a plate of BS. customer service is not a term they know the first time this happened the manager was right there filled out a report and I was treated like a customer. Not this time that manager is not worth a hill of beans.
