If you are having any issues with your solar system and need an assessment or possible repair this is the most knowledgeable, willing, helpful company I encountered when researching them. A service call fee of $250 for 2 hours on site will go towards a repair if needed. Even offered to be on a 3 way call with a parts company & homeowner for a warranty issue, if one was found. Sun Elevated is the best roofing company plus they can help with solar panels and Jacob is the best.
Very polite, cleaned up all the mess from under my solar panels and put it in garbage cans. It has been a couple weeks and almost no pigeons on my roof. So glad I did it. May have been a bit expensive.
So polite, informative, not pushy, right to the point. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Totally recommend!
Great company to work with. Skylar, Sawyer, Colin, and Hyrum were prompt and efficient, completing the job (mitigating a problem I had with pigeons nesting under my solar panels) in a little over 2 hours. Communication from the company was excellent through every phase of the job – from the initial site visit, to the quote, to scheduling the job, to completion.
