I recently visited your salon and am deeply disappointed with the haircut and pricing. I asked for a trim, but much more was cut off, leaving my hair uneven and choppy, especially in the back. When I blow-dried it at home, I was shocked by how bad the cut looked and how much shorter it was than I expected. I had asked for a slight connection, similar to my previous style, but ended up with a straight, disconnected cut.
