My BMW was attacked by bird poop....so I saw this car wash and decided to give it a try...my only issue was the blower isn't strong enough to blow the water off ur car at the end...I was left with ALOT of water...I was probably better off washing my car for 2 bucks myself with all the drying I had to do... instead of paying I believe was 10 bucks...
They have horrible customer service. Their machines weren’t working the two times that I went and they refuse to give me my car wash after telling me it was going to be comped the next time.
Used the car wash July 26 during the wash at the end the brush that drys the hood and windshield bent my wiper arm. This was reported to the manager and I was told that the owner would be reaching out to me. I have called numerous times and visited the car wash for a follow up and have gotten nowhere I paid out of pocket and did the repairs myself still the owner refuses to return my calls the employees are no help in this matter. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I can’t take my car there anymore. The car wash soap must be watered down it does not remove the dirt despite paying for the most expensive wash. No more!
I am very disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I brought my brand-new Jeep through their drive-thru wash on May 16th, and during the wash my windshield wiper blades and wiper motor were damaged. I immediately contacted management and spoke with the manager, who said they would discuss the issue with the owner. Despite my efforts to resolve this directly and professionally, no responsibility has been taken for the damage.
