I can’t take my car there anymore. The car wash soap must be watered down it does not remove the dirt despite paying for the most expensive wash. No more!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I brought my brand-new Jeep through their drive-thru wash on May 16th, and during the wash my windshield wiper blades and wiper motor were damaged. I immediately contacted management and spoke with the manager, who said they would discuss the issue with the owner. Despite my efforts to resolve this directly and professionally, no responsibility has been taken for the damage. I pay for a monthly car wash and something is always broken the spray on wax never worked and no spot free , no air compressor and then the vacuums are always clogged.. And then you have the employees parking in the stalls, where you vacuum and wipe your car down.

This car wash used to be really good but in the last 6 to 8 months the place has gone downhill fast. The owner is apparently someone named Shannon who lives in Woodland Hills and doesn't invest any money in repairs or keeping the place up. It's really sad because the employees are really nice. I've been coming to this place for quite a long time, but now several vacuums dont work, the air hoses stopped workimg, so instead of repairing, they just took them out. I had to cancel my membership. Wasting money here, don't bother.
