The place is great as far as the wash and amenities, but I asked to cancel my membership before the next billing cycle and yet I was still charged.For the past month now, I have been trying to get a refund and hope I am not charged for yet another month coming up. I wrote three times asking to refund me and cancel PLUS I stopped in the Duluth Car Wash asking the same. There is no phone number to call and I still have yet to receive a response. It is a breeze to sign up for membership but practically impossible to cancel.
Great place to get your car washed. All the team do a good job, Jimmy goes above and beyond.
Worst service ever. They broke a part on my car during a wash. After that, I canceled my membership, but they still keep charging me every month. I even went to their office in person to cancel the subscription, but nothing helped. Be careful and avoid this service.
