Do NOT waste your money here. The management is unprofessional, unorganized, and clearly does not care about people. They can’t even handle scheduling their employees properly, then fire people without notice when they themselves are the ones who caused the confusion. If they treat their workers this poorly, just imagine the lack of care and effort they put into cleaning your car. I’ve been going here for a few years with a membership. They always give a great wash with tire shine, always have complimentary towels along with glass and interior sprays, the vacuums always work, and the premises are clean and well maintained. Most of all, the customer service is excellent. Whether it’s changing a family member’s plan, updating a new car tag, or just having a friendly quick chat with Matayo regarding the wash, the staff is always professional and polite.
