RecommendedWash and Wag reached out to me after a very hard weekend. Our Sophia went missing for 3 days during the worst weather in the season( non stop thunder storms for days). They offered to pamper her after her traumatic experience (at least it was for us)!! We absolutely LOVE Wash and Wag! Jennifer, Kim, and all of the staff take SUCH great care of Aggie, and we are so thankful for them! We wouldn’t take her anywhere else!
They don’t communicate at all they cut my dogs hair wrong. Waited to tell me when I arrived about my dog grooming. But call about paper coming out in poop. Felt violated totally never cut facial hair and haircut correctly. Even brought my daughter Yorkie and we felt violated. The price is good but will never trust them again 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. Saying on top of my dog hair was matted and shaved him balled. First visit to the groomers and I was impressed. They did an excellent job on my puppy. I will be going back and making recommendations to others. Not sure why the stars are not showing up but I give them a 5 star rating.
I took my Suri to them was able to schedule online and they did a good job to my Suri she’s a Maltese who was pretty matted up, my boys didn’t do that good keeping her hair brushed, but they did an awesome job cutting it off and didn’t make me feel like a bad mommy to my Suri will recommend it, and plan on continuing to bring her here

they do a bad job with the pets and the owner of the place is rude and does not give good treatment
Absolutely love it here! My Dog Sammy was well cared for and comfortable! Sometimes she gets a little nervous and since we’ve been coming to wash and wag she’s gotten over her fear of different places. Staff is amazing and so helpful with any questions! Can’t wait to bring my baby back for her next bath 😀
