very disappointed. I have a white pickup that wasn't terribly dirty so they assumed that they didn't need to prewash my h more than my windshield. I had to go home and wash around my fender wells, the rims and scrub the bugs off of my bumper. Definitely not worth the 20.00 I spent.
A friend posted this today, Just thought I'd pass it along. "I've never had any issues with the wash and glow car wash on foothill until this last time I went to get my car washed. There are scratches all over my car now 😭 I never wash my car myself because I always miss spots but I guess that's what I'll be doing from now on🙄"
I’ve had a membership with these guys for a while. The car wash ripped off my fender flair and scratched my truck. I was told that because the flair is what scratched my truck that it’s my responsibility. So like a jack*** I fixed my flair and ordered new clips and plugs. I continue my service and then again my flair was ripped off. Their response was well at least it wasn’t as bad as last time. I’n my opinion this car wash is a joke that takes zero responsibility.
I don’t usually do this, but I tried to settle some damage that wash and glow caused to my car which broke the rear window wiper, and dented my back bumper, (parts from the carwash were stuck in my wiper.). I was told that the manager said to tell me ”these things happen.” yes they do, and you hope that a business would try and resolve the matter, If I put a sign in my car not responsible does that make me not responsible if I cause damage to another persons car, I don’t think so, very disappointed in Wash and Glow.
We haven't had any problems with the wash, but for some reason they stopped washing the windshield and grill with the broom in the prewash. My car just doesn't get as clean as when they first started.
I like it this the only place in town where my truck fits the staff is getting better with the team work the wash is good
I just want to say first when you you wait about 15 minutes for someone to come out to make a sale on monthly pass you think it would be a little quicker. Secondly, just a suggestion: I know you are in a hurry but it’s helpful if you make eye contact with driver so that if they don’t want you scrubbing the vehicle with the brooms/brushes (not everyone wants the paint scratched) maybe you would get a cue from the driver to bypass the brushes and use the big spray instead.
