Rip off and despicable people! Profiting off everyone who was affected by the hurricane! Charging an extra $2 just to have 'salt and sand' removed! It clearly states $8 for a wash, nothing different was done to justify an extra $2 to have 'salt and sand' removed!
At best only a mediocre cleaning job but that cashier needs a serious attitude adjustment. It's bad enough getting sub-par service but leave that attitude at home! Never coming back to this place again.
Today was the worst. I have given this place 3 tries now. My truck always looks the same inside. The outside is cleaned ok but the inside nothing and I paid for inside n outside. I can pick up the mats myself n shake them off. They still had stuff on them. I have to take my truck somewhere else again today. Bad service never again!
The worst! Paid for inside / out.. When I went to look at the inside, the same stains were on the seat as when I had brought in the car. They tried to rip me off , charging me $25 for what I was told was $15 to then shampoo the seats which is what I was told.. Go back to inspect the car and only the back seat (not even the floor in the back) was shampooed. I was then told it cost around $65 to shampoo , and if I wanted "just" the front seat it would cost $38.. The last time I will be talking my car to this place.
