Nancy is extremely unprofessional and lacks urgency. She refuses to make herself available by phone. She ignores emails, gets smart via email when called out on things she is missing. She attempted to have me sign paperwork I had never seen before via mobile notary TWICE. She had me go to her office to have a form notarized, one that I inquired about prior to omitting to sign, telling me to defer to my attorney. Be careful here with Wasdin Closing Group… I’m still fighting for more than a year and half to get my $50k back from Nancy Wasdin and she’s not taking ownership of this. First, she failed to identify a seller correctly and I lost $44k plus $6k in attorney fees to try to claim the title policy … ONLY to be told that the policy didn’t transfer over to my LLC and Nancy Wasdin, under her advisement ,did not tell me (she later admitted she didn’t know this would happen) that by transferring a property from a personal name over to... read more
