Horrible attorney! I will never use this closing attorney for any future transactions and I recommend you use someone else. She is completely disorganized and missed a bunch of closing documents at the end of the transaction.
Worst closing attorney ever! highly recommend to use someone else. Extremely disorganized and communication is absolutely horrendous.
Wasdin Closing Group, LLC is my preferred go-to attorney for my closings. Nancy Wasdin is mobile if you need her to be (she will close in your broker's office or wherever is convenient for clients) but she also has a great office in Alpharetta. She also works on Estate Planning and helped my family with creating our will. Highly recommended!
