I want to give a big shot out to Steve from Wasco windows. He did a phenomenal job with my window repairs. Also took the time to explain certain functions of the windows to me and the wife. Thank You so much Steve for a job well done.
I installed Wasco window in 2007. Fast forward to 2025.......I had some glass that was spotted on windows as well as 1 broke window and a broken latch... Wasco came out here to look at and they informed me that this would all be covered on their life time warranty. Steve came out and measured, 3 weeks later Steve returned to install and fix the window. He was extremely professional and Wasco stood behind there life time warranty. Highly recommended!!
Steve came out today to address some mechanical issues with a couple windows. Got everything to work like brand new. Very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. Thank You Steve. Definitely recommend Wasco Windows.
They are always there when you need them. Just a pleasure to work with. We bought windows a long time ago and it is the same service as way back when.
