I live in a condo, the double glazed glass on my balcony door used to ice up. Wasco was chosen and the salesman explained how their door would not have the same problem due to the superior construction. Well, not only I had ice on the glass, but on the solid surface of the door as well. The storm door has about a 1/2 inch gap on the side instead of being flushed with the building, therefore allowing insects and cold in. I had a very disappointing experience. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls requesting that a defective door be inspected, but I received little response. My interactions with management were unprofessional and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We had 11 windows that were difficult to open. Steve came out and replaced parts and now the windows work like new. Thank You for your hard work. Wasco windows warranty is second to none. Would recommend!!
