I had a very disappointing experience. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls requesting that a defective door be inspected, but I received little response. My interactions with management were unprofessional and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
We had 11 windows that were difficult to open. Steve came out and replaced parts and now the windows work like new. Thank You for your hard work. Wasco windows warranty is second to none. Would recommend!!

I was in this morning at the shop on 27th Street this morning for a glass repair on two windows. Steve assured me he would have my repairs finished quickly and he wasn't kidding. In and out in 10 minutes and I was worried about my tee time. Thank You Steve for your hard work and super fast service. I highly recommend Wasco windows!
