Having remote property I’ve appreciated the times of when a scheduled power outage was reconnected in a reasonable amount of time . I have a hard time understanding the justification of such a high base service rate even with the grid updates when the source of electricity is so close. The service fee exceeds any other electric company in the state.

I come and pay my bill every month of almost a year and never had any problems which I do usually come right before closing but I came earlier today because I had errands to run and had the worst customer service from HEATHER.....

Lived all over the west coast. ABSOLOUT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Moved to the area to build a home, an after having electric hooked up I hadn't received a bill after 2 months I called in with some questions about why I hadn't seen a bill yet. One of 3 women who answer phone interrupted me over an over an told me she couldnt answer any questions or talk to me until bill was paid!!! Employees on phone are flat RUDE AN NOT HELPFUL!!!! MY ELECT BILL IS 140-150 PER MONTH WITHOUT MY HOME BUILT!! VERY HIGH PRICED!... read more
