I lived here for 3 years and I can honestly say I enjoyed it. No problems, ever! Neighbors were kind and I never had an issue with theft or anyone being a nuisance. Erica the office manager is very reasonable and professional. Maintenance guy is usually always was on top of his work. Even though these are low income housing apartments; management and tenants were always good to us! :) I recommend anyone looking for low income to apply here.
