I’ve tried to have my Ram 1500 serviced here 3 times in the last 6 months with no success. First there was a 2 month wait, then there was a 2 week wait. Then I made an appointment for a particular day at 8am, then they called me and said they needed to move that appointment from 8am to 10am, I said ok and showed up at 10am only to have them tell me my appointment was at 9am and that they couldn’t see me until later in the day.
