We worked mostly with Jaren from Wasatch Window and Door when building our home. He was very thorough and detailed, and ordered all the windows and doors correctly for the home. He was patient in answering all my myriad questions, and meticulously went over it all with me to make sure we ordered the right things. There was one pane that was broken in transit, and they quickly ordered and received a replacement. When we had a couple of screens that weren’t fitting right, or a lost crank or two (my fault)- they came right out ... read more

They did a pretty nice job with the install. They have not supplied all the materials even though we paid in full. It's been over five months since they were last here and communication with them just keeps pushing things off into the future. They seem pretty good but didn't finish up well.
