Great experience! The eye exam was professional and thorough. I left seeing much clearer which is awesome! Even gave me some very good next steps for ensuring long term eye health. I would highly recommend them.
We are so pleased with the service we received today. My husband burned both of his eyes and had excruciating pain. I called and they got him right in to get checked. They were so caring. When we got there we filled out some forms and went right back. They quoted me $100 on the phone without eye insurance but ended up having us pay a little less. I highly recommend here!
I’ve been going to Wasatch View Eye Care for years and have nothing but great experiences. This is a true small business gem with a warmth and personal attention you don’t get at the big chains. Unfortunately, my daughter did not have the same experience as some of the other reviewers. Like many, she has one eye exam a year paid for by her insurance. It was wasted at this office yesterday. The doctor was extremely dismissive and refused to listen to my daughter‘s concerns or offer any explanations or remedies. And when a doctor is on his phone texting during an appointment, that is very unprofessional. My daughter left in tears.
Waited until the literal last minute (12/31) to use my eye insurance to cover some frames. I was told by Sunglass Hut that they take VSP, only for them to tell me they didn’t know how to do it when I got there. I thought I was completely out of luck for this year until I found that this place was still open, even on NYE. I walked in, told them the frames I wanted, and they ordered them within 10-20 minutes. They completely saved the day all while being extremely friendly. Stellar peeps!
