Glasses broke 2 times, doctor was rude didnt listen gave me glasses too strong and would not change them back saying I needed to get used to them. Do not go here it sucks only good thing is the candy
My prescription came out wrong the first time. The front desk did a great job helping me get in quickly to get re-tested, but the doctor was dismissive and told me nothing was wrong with it. Very curt and visibly upset with me for insisting something was off. He clearly didn't want to do anything further to find any errors. Very frustrating.
Great experience! The eye exam was professional and thorough. I left seeing much clearer which is awesome! Even gave me some very good next steps for ensuring long term eye health. I would highly recommend them.
We are so pleased with the service we received today. My husband burned both of his eyes and had excruciating pain. I called and they got him right in to get checked. They were so caring. When we got there we filled out some forms and went right back. They quoted me $100 on the phone without eye insurance but ended up having us pay a little less. I highly recommend here!
I’ve been going to Wasatch View Eye Care for years and have nothing but great experiences. This is a true small business gem with a warmth and personal attention you don’t get at the big chains. The doctor is exceptional!! He really listens when I talk about any concerns and seems genuinely curious about what’s going on with me personally.
