I had a transmission leak for my hybrid car. Dave diagnosed the problem and found it was a right axle leak. He repaired the axle and found that the leak was coming from inside the transmission. Since it is a hybrid car it has a unique transmission and needs to be repaired by the dealer. Dave DID NOT charge me anything even though he ordered a part to fix the axle. He was very straightforward and HONEST. I really appreciate his transparency!
I went to Wasatch Transmission on the recommendation of a mechanic that I really trust and have worked with for years. Wasatch exceeded my expectations. They diagnosed my transmission problem within an hour of my car being towed there. They gave me a very fair quote on replacing my transmission. Then Mr. Yates called me after I had left the shop and told me that he did some research and thought my transmission would be covered by my manufacturer warranty.
