They over charge , they charged to clean their shop to my bill. They take advantage of those who do not know much about cars. Charge way too much to do easy jobs like replacing two hoses.
I have always bought new cars but this time I bought a 2007. I have not found anyone, until Point S, that actually checks everything for me and gives me a report card of what needs to be done NOW and what can wait. I was very impressed with the way Paul walked me thru everything and told me the cost of each. My car finally found its place.
Incredible experience with James at the new Point S Service and tire in West Jordan. He took time to educate me. Did not apply any pressure like you find everywhere else. Prices were the most competitive. He's got a customer for life. Highly recommend.
Took my car for rotors and brakes. Good talkers. I fell for it. When I picked up my car it didn't drive right. I took it back and left it for days. They warranty and replaced brakes and rotors but put over 60 miles on my car. Crazy. Talked me into a brake flush for another 200. Still didn't fix whatever the problem. Was since I picked it up.
