When we moved into our RV spot there was dirty cloths, heavy duty fishing line, trash and shoring everywhere. My 8 year old son got tangled in the fishing line and skinned his knee. We cleaned it up and didn’t complain. When I left the spot I left some shoring that I used for wheel chocks. The owner said that we left the spot dirty and kept our deposit. I called back to dispute and they were rude and unwilling to listen to me. Do not rent from these people!
Typical outdoor storage unit. No frills. Most of the units look a little beat up, no big deal, but it wouldn't hurt for the manager to brush the spider webs off the latches.
They provide a clean, collaborative, and professional environment. I am very happy with their services.

This place is a joke. Upped there prices don't notify tenants when there's a issue in the yard and lock your unit after only a few days late on payment . Also charge extra to have someone come unlock it if you catch up your payment inbetween Thursday afternoon and Monday morning. If your considering wasatch hills for your storage needs I would pay more or travel further then store my stuff here if I had to do it over.
