Zac Broman is managing my rental duplex and he is doing an excellent job. Zac communicates in a timely manner and completes repairs quickly and efficiently! Zac is very professional and friendly and has the ability to deal with tenants! I highly recommend Zac!

Zac has been excellent in many ways. His communication, detailed approach, ability to deal with tenants, constantly seeks to save the owner on repair costs all second to none. I highly recommend Zac!
I wanted everyone to know about this company before applying. They first don't allow a couple to be on the same application that they did it separately and we ended up paying $100.00 altogether. Then when they said we got approved at first they said to move in we had to pay $2800.00 for the security deposit. We were fine with that since a security deposit is first and last month's rent.
