I have lived at 2 different properties in the salt lake valley, and I LOVED both of them. The properties are kept in amazing condition, the office staffs were always friendly and accommodating and the maintenance teams were super attentive to any needs ( even if it was as simple as helping me reach a light bulb). My family is in the business so I have pretty great knowledge on how it all works, and it looks like any and all negative reviews I see are from people who put them selves into a bad situation. I have been a resident for almost 2 years, been through the remodeling (which has been a great asset to the property), and met a lot of new residents that are polite to me. I would like to commend all of the staff here at the Escondido location for the great job you are doing for the community and the residents. They have an internal collection department called R2 who they immediately send moving out costs to before allowing former residents to pay. R2 just admitted that they erroneously sent people to collections this month and offered no apology or resolution to rectify.
