“I have been waiting over two months for my security deposit from Ranchwood Apartments. The communication has been completely unprofessional and frankly disrespectful. The way they handle business is abysmal, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a fair and respectful experience. Additionally, the leasing team based in Utah is also extremely rude and unprofessional. There is one woman who answers the phone, but she rarely picks up and when she does, she’s dismissive and disrespectful grossly unprofessional.
Regarding Ranchwood in Glendale: After not getting approved since placing deposit on June 22nd. Today I was told they don't have the capability of putting it back on my card and that they will have to mail in which can take up to 30 day.s
