Friendly, professional staff focused on getting you better quickly. I also like the infusion of yoga type moves designed to strengthen your core, back etc. conveniently located in Layton. Must see!

They've helped more in a few sessions than others have helped in years. The staff is amazing and the one on one time is beyond compare. They listen, communicate and address specific needs. I love being there!
I've had trouble with my feet for several years that started with Plantar Fasciitis. I finally (and a little reluctantly) had the dry needling done on both feet at the same time. I wish I had done it sooner! The pain and recovery were minimal and I can now walk with a lot less pain. I don't have to even think about going places and wondering if I will be able to walk the next day. It's been almost two years since I had it done and I am so glad I did! Highly recommend it!
