Dr Monica Schaffer is my favorite, only problem is she is often booked! Recently I had a very challenging situation. Dr. Schaffer was booked so we saw a different doctor. Called in advance to ensure what We needed could be done. We are human so some mistakes were made. It’s been a long road but in the end they deserve my 5 star review because the managers were excellent listeners. They resolved my issues and I know they can be trusted to see things through until it is right.Thank you!
