Paying is a nightmare. There is not an online option and they do not answer any phones at billing. Complete Joke. You have to PHYSICALLY go or send your credit card information on paper.
I cannot recommend this place. They cannot provide me with an estimated cost for our pocket responsibility for patient before the time of infusions when I asked them to provide me with this info. I received an unexpected bill of over $250 for my infusions. I’ve been getting infusion at multiple different places for the last 15 years. I never received this amount of the bill that I have to pay out-of-pocket after insurance pay for its portion. Very friendly and accomadating staff. Super clean facilities with comfortable and helpful staff for my long 5hr infusions. Very helpful in an order mishap that needed to be taken care of that day, and they got it done and I was still able to get my treatment same day. 10/10 do recommend!
What a horrible experience. Having to deal with the girl at the front desk is infuriating. I was in need of help, Washatch Infusion was the only option that was open on the weekend, including infusion departments at hospitals because the departments were closed until Monday. I was turned away multiple times because of their policy, so I jump through hoops to follow the proceedure to get the needed service, I was turned away again.
