The patient intake process is terrible. It took over 5 weeks from when my doctor sent my referral before I could get any answers. Each time I called, I was given some excuse - “under-staffed,” “waiting for insurance approval,” etc. My doctor finally sent a referral to IMC Infusion Services and I was scheduled immediately. I found out through IMC that they didn’t need prior approval for my iron IV therapy. I would NOT recommend Wasatch to anyone.
Staff is very unprofessional and will not update your information. One of the staff members hung up on me and would not return my phone call. The staff member was very unprofessional. I will not do business with this facility.
Does not answer phones. When leaving messages does not ever call back.
Kendra is kind and knowledgeable. I’m really looking forward to scheduling my infusion and finally feeling like myself again!
Paying is a nightmare. There is not an online option and they do not answer any phones at billing. Complete Joke. You have to PHYSICALLY go or send your credit card information on paper.
