Great Company with great people! Under new ownership.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My wife called today after several attempts, the company finally answered the phone. Vickie, the lady who answered the phone stated that the DON and CM were in a meeting and she would call my wife back. 1. Vickie didn't even take my wife's name or number 2. My wife tried to say, "do you have my number" and just got a click. 3. We obviously didn't hear back from them. Hopefully in the future the company will get their act together to provide a better experience for their patient's... read more
