Wasatch Heat Cable has been extremely prompt, thorough, and professional! My house has required a new roof twice in the past three years due to poor original placement, and recently, severe hail damage. Both times, Wasatch has coordinated perfectly with our roofers to carefully remove and then replace the cables they originally installed. This assured the integrity of their extended 10-year warranty. I'm very satisfied!
