Overall we are very happy with the service. Salesperson was helpful and he said everything in a way that we would understand. Not completely satisfied in the sales price. But that was not something that he could control. One thing that we did not like was the manager yelling at his salespeople. Made him seem very unprofessional. Again not something that Javier could control but other that that everything seemed fine. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Javier an 8.
Our experience with Javier has been fantastic! Low pressure, high information and personable service made this a painless process. I was especially impressed with the efforts that were made to find a specific car we were looking for and that we were given comparison cars to drive so we could be knowledgable about our choices. Javier worked to get us the car we saw online, and called us just as soon as it got here. He was kind, energetic and a pleasure to work with.
My husband and I were having trouble getting a car because of our credit history. They were able to get us into a lease on a new Optima!! They were great to work with our budget and answer any questions we had. It was a great experience for our family & wee so excited about our new car!
