I was hoping for a straightforward thermostat installation, and the technician delivered just that by carefully mounting it after verifying the existing wiring and testing the system to ensure proper operation. He wrapped up in about an hour and took the time to explain some of the advanced features I hadn't used before
The repair took most of the afternoon, which was reasonable given the initial assessment revealed a complicated wiring issue that required coordination with building management. The technician patiently worked through each step, ensuring the heating system was fully operational before leaving.👌
The HVAC technician was easy to communicate with and very attentive. He listened to the symptoms we described and checked the system accordingly.
The issue turned out to be a faulty thermostat sensor which they identified and replaced in about an hour, ensuring the system cooled evenly. Previous visits from another company didn't catch this problem, so I appreciated their thoroughness this time.
Efficiently dismantled my A/C system.
