Former employee here. 2 important things: 1. They never paid me my final paycheck and are currently in collections with the state government body (for multiple people, I recently discovered) - it's been over a year now. 2. They absolutely rip people off. They use a mail coupon to get their foot in the door and suddenly your bill goes from $40 to $600 or $1,600, surprise surprise. We used Wasatch to have our vents cleaned in June 2022. We paid for a package that included a high quality filter. It never showed up. We called several times to follow up but were told it was re-ordered or they won’t answer their phone or call back. Terrible customer service and lack of integrity.
I had them scheduled to come out 3 times this week and they didn’t show or call any of them. One of the days when I called to see if they were coming they said dispatch would call me. They never did and when I called again they said their guy had called in for the day. Worst customer service. Do not waste your time with them.
This owner erik is a bum he dose not pay the sub contractors what he owes them then he be like a Lil girl and Blick you on his phone and the business cell phones you call in to book your appointment on I left 2 months ago and have not been payed my money I earned working there and now he's trying to do roof max shingle protection so look our he going to rip you off I would not support him or his company for nothing his office is not even at the right address its out of Harriman out of his house because he can't get no one to... read more
These guys cleaned our air vents out for us, in an almost 30 year old house that has most likely never had it’s vents cleaned. It was a good experience, the guy seemed like he knew what he was doing, took lots of pictures & was courteous. We’re just still a little shocked that what we thought would be a $40 dollar job turned into an $800 job…
