From the Jersey shore and visiting for birthday celebration. Best sushi rolls ever. The thinnest rice covering the nori and amazing amount of fish inside. This is the way it should be made but others skimp in the fillings I make rolls and have never been able to thin out the rice too this extent. Bravo
