Absolutely a nightmare. Made reservations for 6pm. Confirmed by the restaurant when they called and asked us to move our reservation to 630pm, we did. Got there and was told we had our reservation and would be seated in 20-30 minutes. The staff apologized repeatedly and the stated it would be 20 some minutes longer. After waiting another few minutes the senior waitress said it would be up to another hour as the chefs were to busy as they had a party of 21 who took up the chefs time. Warning for people who get doordash and get the lobster tail do not panic there is meat in your meal they removed the meat and chopped it into bite size pieces for you so do not drive and say you did not get meat with your order cause you did and I appreciate that they chopped it up for me and got pretty much all of it out and I appreciate the staff patience and hospitality of showing me that there was indeed lobster meat even made sure to grab a clean fork to check it for me will gladly still dine or take out here
Im writing to comment on Mel H reviews from yesterday & today. The post about you wanting Wasabi's to remake your order cause you didnt get your "favorite parts - wasabi & ginger." You expect them to make you a whole new order when that was "yesterday" Im "really" sure in the "BIG" order as you put it no one else got wasabi or ginger and wouldn't share. Ordered 2 sushi roll lunch as part of an as part of a large order. They forgot to put the wasabi or the ginger in with my order. I called to get the food replaced the following day because I didn’t have time to go the same day, but also was not willing to eat the lunch I had without the two essential sides.
