Love the food n our habachi chef jakey but wow sad without David and ester other wait staff doesn't compare

Great food!! I'm not impressed with service- they have forgot my order twice and Amounst other things they have forgot my beverage or salad. The biggest issue is that I've used my card for payment and now,three times the waitresses have increased my tip- the last cost I gave $5 and I checked my bank account and a $7 tip came out. This was the 2nd time for $2 over. The first time this happens there was a $4 more taken out than what I wrote! I called the manage and had no remorse other than to give me $4 back! Hello, im Nelson and I'm the owner of the restaurant , I find your receipt and there is 5 dollar tips you write on the receipt . And there is another receipt have the same amount but 7 dollar tips on it that from your your friend course both receipt have same time and same table , and I have been talk to the server and this a mistake,and we are so sorry about it . This was our first visit and honestly it will more than likely be our last. Hostess stated that since there was just two of us, she would be seating us in the dining area, instead of the grill area because we wouldn't have fun with just the two of us. I then witnessed her seat couples at the grills. The menu reads incorrectly. The food was just ok. My salad was drenched in water and my steak was cold and a very poor cut of meat. I have been here more than once with no complaints. Last night we were celebrating a birthday. The young lady that took our order was rushing us barely giving us time to look at menu. Also had to remind her multiple times we were celebrating a birthday. I feel for a $200 plus meal we paid for (where they added their own gratuity for 4 adults and 1 child) the least they could have done was not rush us in and out and maybe pay attention when you are told 3 times we were celebrating a special occasion.

I love Wasabi!! My favorite is the tuna tower. Omg it's fantastic. I have always had great service and a fabulous meal. Don't forget to get a chocolate cake for dessert. It's heavenly!!! :)
