About this business
My brother (David) and I (Hoi) are the owner-chefs of Wasabi34. We are crazy about the quality of our sushi. We only use top grade ingredients from the tuna, salmon, yellowtail all the way down to the rice and the seaweed. Since we don't have a liquor license, you can bring in any bottle of sake, wine or beer. If you are a sushi lover, come in and enjoy a good sushi night. Bye the way, we have very good cook foods, too.

Our favorite go to, eat in sushi restaurant. Fresh sushi, great hot foods and service.
I usually never give a bad review but this one is a must. I haven't had such a terrible dining experience in over 20 years! They get 1 star for the food & no stars for everything else. If you don't mind waiting 2 hours for your dinner to arrive no matter how simple it is (no appetizers!) and hearing apology after apology, this is the place for you! My favorite under-the-radar sushi place in NJ! Highly recommended!
Not impressed. First time here and maybe last. The special grilled scallop appy was so over cooked that it was barely edible. The beef negimaki was lacking seasoning and the pepper tuna was grey.
