Been going there for over 10 years no complaints till now , ordered a miced drink, tasted like watered down cough syrup,told waitress and manager about it,they said no tefunds,i didnt want a refund just another drink that was right, they said they would have to charge me again for drink.
I would not eat here again 150 dollars for a meal and when they brought my drink it tasted like watered down cough syrup ask for them to remake, they said they had to charge me for it. Even though they made it wrong to start with. Need better service and manners.
We took the kids to dinner tonight and my husband ordered a blue Hawaiian mixed drink that the manager made. It was very thick and tasted like cough syrup. He asked for some sprite to maybe give it some carbonation to make it drinkable. The waitress brought it and it didn't help. Came here to celebrate my birthday with my mom and two sons. I mentioned to the server that I wanted to get the birthday special (hibachi steak) and add a side of shrimp. She said she’d have to ask if I could do that. Upon coming back to the table she said I could. The chef comes out and mentions that I only have shrimp, nothing else. We've eaten here many times but this will probably be our last. Service was not good, we all usually get yum yum on our salad but was not given a choice, was told that they were waiting on soup but she then brought out a tray and she said she got all she could out of the pot but was a bowl short, it was dark and gritty with a horrible taste and nobody ate it, when something was said about it all she did was sarcastically say sorry.
