Dr Essie provided exceptional care to our dog Nala after a snake bite. She was professional, friendly, caring and attentive throughout the entire process. Her communication was upfront and honest, and her knowledge was evident in every step of the treatment. Thanks to her skill and calm approach, Nala made it through a very serious situation. We are deeply grateful for her care.
Excellent service and friendly staff
Honestly the best vet in town have been bringing our 3 dogs here for 4 years and yesterday they saved our puppies life. They care and will also do what's best. Thank you so much.
Waiting time at reception is utterly frustrating. Appointments are plucked out of the air and not flexible to customers timetable or convenience. I walked out.
